Spitch expands its headquarters in Zurich

Zurich – Spitch has moved to larger premises within the city of Zurich. The specialist for voice and text dialog systems for companies and public authorities is thus taking account of its development from a start-up to a global provider.

Spitch AG has moved from its small office on Zurich's Kreuzstrasse to larger premises at Stockerstrasse 10 in the city center of Zurich. Since its foundation ten years ago, the company has "increasingly become a leading driver of the revolution in the contact center and automated customer service", explains the specialist for voice and text dialog systems for companies and public authorities in a corresponding press release. The expansion of the head office in Zurich is intended to take account of this development.

Spitch also wants to start a new chapter in the company's development at its new headquarters. To this end, innovations in dialog-oriented artificial intelligence (AI) are to be driven forward. "The tectonic shifts in AI technology are sending real shockwaves through the markets," Alexey Popov, founder and CEO of Spitch, is quoted as saying in the press release. "The new skills still need to be used and deployed correctly in order to make business sense."

Spitch's voice and text dialog systems are based on proprietary software that combines Natural Language Processing (NLP), AI, Machine Learning (ML) and Large Language Models (LLM). The customer-specific solutions in omnichannel mode "not only understand words and sentences, but also the meaning of what is being said," the press release states. According to her, more than 100 customers worldwide from the call and contact center, banking, insurance, telecommunications, automotive and transport, healthcare and public service sectors are already using Spitch systems. ce/hs
