Project objective: Development and construction of an industrial pilot demonstrator for highly efficient hydrogen production using high-frequency magnetic resonance. The innovation: electricity->los replaces the conventional, energy-intensive process of electrolysis with a physical resonance process. While the current state of the art requires approx. 50-55 kWh of electrical energy to produce 1 kg of hydrogen (H2), our technology reduces this requirement to approx. 35 kWh per kg of H2. This corresponds to an increase in efficiency of over 20 % and enables the economical production of green hydrogen without expensive precious metal catalysts. Sustainability & cycle: The system is designed as a zero-waste ecosystem. By recovering the process water in a closed cycle, we minimize the consumption of resources. For an urban unit (supplying approx. 100,000 inhabitants), this reduces the external water requirement by 90 %. Market potential & scaling: Thanks to the modular design in 200 kW industrial blocks, we enable a decentralized energy supply directly at the point of consumption (filling stations, industrial areas). This eliminates the complex logistics and transportation problems of conventional hydrogen infrastructures.
