Calingo receives 3.2 million francs for animal insurance

Calingo announces the successful completion of its pre-Series A financing round. The Zurich-based insurtech, which was founded in 2020, raised 3.2 million Swiss francs, according to a statement published by emma Ventures. The round was led by emma Ventures from Oberägeri ZG. Zürcher Kantonalbank, StartAngels and existing investors also participated.

The capital will be used to scale the business and expand its reach in the Swiss market, according to the press release.
