With over 15 years of experience in interim management in various management positions, over 10 years of expertise from more than 50 strategic consulting projects in the manufacturing industry for owner-managed medium-sized and large companies as well as the support of a large number of M&A transactions of SMEs, we know the special features for a successful continuation of the company by the next generation of entrepreneurs – as well as for family-internal and external succession solutions (MBI/MBO).
