Four SAP partners jointly launch the Digital Experience Platform 4 Utilities

(CONNECT) Three German and one Swiss SAP partner have developed a platform that provides energy suppliers with a new form of digital interaction and services for their customers based on SAP technologies. The 4 Utilities digital experience platform covers "a variety of usage scenarios" and ranges "from energy communities and dynamic tariffs to comprehensive existing customer services and comprehensive online advice, including legally compliant contract conclusions in real time", endios from Hamburg, SYNCPILOT from Augsburg, best practice consulting from Münster and Exnaton from Zurich announced in a joint press release. The platform's particular strength is the bundling of the respective strengths of the partner companies.

According to the partners, each of the four companies has already successfully established its own solutions on the market. The background to their collaboration is their shared desire to harmonise changing customer requirements with developments in the energy sector.
