Microsoft integrates AI agents from Orderfox into Copilot

Zurich – Orderfox and Microsoft are joining forces for at least five years. According to an agreement, the artificial intelligence (AI) agent Gieni AI from Orderfox will be integrated into Microsoft 365 Copilot. This will enable companies to integrate Gieni AI’s market analyses into their own processes.

(CONNECT) Orderfox and Microsoft have agreed to work together for at least five years, Orderfox Schweiz AG announced in a press release. As part of this collaboration, Microsoft wants to integrate Gieni AI from Orderfox into its Microsoft 365 Copilot. The AI agent from the Zurich-based provider of big data-driven market analysis and procurement consists of a semantic AI chatbot, interactive real-time user interfaces and a growing database that currently contains more than 5 million company profiles and over 380 million analyzed websites. Gieni AI also has the ability to generate customized market reports within minutes.

"With the help of Gieni AI, organizations can leverage the full potential of Microsoft 365 Copilot to act faster and more informed, while leveraging AI-powered analytics and decision-making processes via Microsoft Azure," Timur Göreci, CRO at Orderfox, is quoted as saying in the press release. Clare Barclay, President, Enterprise & Industry, EMEA at Microsoft, in turn wants to "help organizations transform their approach to market intelligence and insights by integrating solutions like Gieni AI into our Microsoft Copilot ecosystem". ce/hs
