PM Camp Zurich 2026 is just around the corner. Look forward to a day full of inspiring encounters, open dialogue, new perspectives, and exciting discussions on modern project management.
PM Camp is not a traditional conference, but rather an unconference in the Barcamp format: There is no fixed agenda. The participants themselves shape the programme and contribute their current questions, experiences, and challenges from their professional practice. Whether you’re an agile coach, a project manager, or a leader, here we discuss things as equals, learn from one another, and think ahead together.
Under the motto “Perfectly Imperfect,” this year’s camp is all about flexibility, creativity, and dealing constructively with uncertainty. The inspiring opening session will be led by improv artist, coach, and moderator Corinne Niklaus. She’ll show how spontaneity and openness to the unexpected open up new opportunities, and how we can successfully navigate changes and surprises even in complex projects.
Whether you’ve attended PM-Camp before or are coming for the first time, you can look forward to exciting open-space sessions, surprising insights, valuable connections, and the unique PM-Camp atmosphere. After all, PM Camp thrives on the people who participate, the questions they bring, and the connections they make—connections that often have an impact far beyond the day of the event.
