Smove automotive expands its range with MellowVan

(CONNECT) smove automotive AG is adding an electrically powered delivery vehicle to its range. The MellowVan was designed by the South African company MellowVans, based in Stellenbosch, specifically for urban use over the last mile, smove automotive explains in a press release. The Zurich-based importer specializes in battery electric vehicles.

The three-wheeled MellowVan has a range of 140 kilometers and can transport loads with a volume of up to 2.5 cubic meters. Helmets are not compulsory for the L5e class covered vehicle with glass windows and wiper blades. The MellowVan is also characterized by particularly low overall costs, writes smove automotive. As part of its launch, the MellowVan can be tested for a week in February and March, according to smove automotive.
