Zurich – The Training Center for Applied Tech & AI Women (TCW) is starting its activities. The training center for women aims to empower women to deal confidently with AI and lead with its help through one-day practice-oriented simulations of real business situations.
(CONNECT) The new Training Center for Applied Tech & AI Women (TCW) in Zurich aims to give women the tools they need to lead with artificial intelligence and use it with confidence. The first event will be an AI Navigator Day Women on September 20, 2025 in the Launchspace of the Swiss Labor Market Innovation Association. Board member Magalie Heraud will take over the management of TCW on September 1, 2025.
"Helping women gain confidence in dealing with AI is not just a question of skills - it's a social necessity," she is quoted as saying in a press release. "It's about justice, opportunities and shaping the future of work. At TC Women, we empower women to take on AI leadership positions and deal with AI with confidence."
The AI Navigator Days are full-day AI training courses for business women, from the basics of generative AI to specific business applications. In practical simulations, the focus is on tools and prompting techniques for ambitious women with no prior technological knowledge. Further AI Navigator Days will follow, alternating between German and English, on October 4 and 25.
"AI opens up new opportunities for us to discover, create and grow," Elena Rovati, Head of TCW Education & Senior Lecturer, is quoted as saying. "At AI Navigator Day, my job is to remove barriers and help every woman become more confident, curious and competent."
TCW was developed in collaboration with the Swiss Labor Market Innovation Association, ATLASS and GAT as venture partners and is supported by a strong network, including Women in Tech Switzerland, Digital Winterthur and Swiss AI Weeks - further collaborations are planned. ce/mm
