(CONNECT) The Zurich-based start-up zenline AG (Zenline AI) has raised 1.6 million dollars in pre-seed financing. According to an announcement on Linkedin, the fresh capital will be used to optimize a decision-making software for retailers. Zenline AI develops this software with the help of artificial intelligence (AI).
The financing round was led by Seedcamp with the participation of Yellow, First Momentum and Arc Investors.
The company develops AI agents that combine data on margins, competition and purchasing behavior. Based on this, the software provides suggestions for price optimization, product ranges and product extensions. According to the press release, only 5 percent of retailers are currently optimizing their product range. Zenline AI aims to reach the remaining large market share of 95 percent of dealers with its activities. ce/ww
